Site sketches

For 2 weeks in September, I took residence in a house in my site. The house had three bedrooms and the family who was hosting me, despite my constant protests, kindly gave me one of the bedrooms. There were 5 people in the house, including me (the mother, the grandmother, the sister and the child). It was an all female household (more on safety in a settlement in a later blog post). This was the view from the front door.
